You don’t have to fight yourself to feel better.
I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect for the ways your mind and nervous system learned to protect you. Together, we make sense of what is happening — not so you can judge yourself more accurately, but so you can relate to yourself differently.
How I work
-
Understanding your reactions in the context of your history, your relationships, and your nervous system — rather than treating them as problems to be argued out of.
-
Simple ways to create enough space to respond instead of react — things you can actually use in the moment, not only in session.
-
Drawing from EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, somatic work, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. But therapy should never feel like techniques being done to you — the relationship matters, and feeling safe enough to be honest matters.
